RPMs that'd make a K20 blush. You're smooth on the wheel, too. I see a lot of time attack drivers (granted, in much higher power cars) who really saw at the wheel, and I wonder they'd be faster if they were smoother, or if that's just what it takes to get the last few tenths out of a high powered car.

This is really cool. I stumbled upon your video looking for ways to log the Defi gauge sensor data. Since it's apparently just all serial being broadcast to the gauges, I'm thinking I could simply write a program to record and then parse the serial data being transmitted from the controller and dump that into a CSV or whatever other file format to then throw into a graph.

Thank you for explaining how the oil temp gauge on the chrono pack is a FAKE!! My R50 2004 model was sold in Australia with this pack & I kept wondering how the oil temp gauge never moved much. As you explained, it might have something to do with how long you actually drive the car before it registers any movement at all. I began to think I had a faulty sensor somewhere which is how I found your video. Now you have me wondering how much more fakery is under the bonnet! (Hood) That being said I still love the little beast!

So if the chrono pack is fake, tell me is there in car real pressure and temperature for oil sensors? to check it with obd2 ? or they have to be added aftermarket? Can You create and sell module for chrono pack in R53 to show real pressure and oil temperature?
